draining so that’s why i looked for therapy i searched for a therapist um was always pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i enjoy her um she always recommended it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i’m like you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some professional aid um just some suggestions simply someone to listen to me um while i vent you understand i simply needed that help so i was like let me give a try and um so i signed up with the monthly subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was assigned a therapist and you understand she sends out a message that basically says like um hello welcome um inform me about yourself i sent out a brief intro about who i am um why i picked for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another reaction since whatever was online so it resembles messaging backward and forward which is pretty hassle-free um even though i remain in individual sort of individual i would rather be face to face with someone um not to mention i’m likewise a bad texter so like this really wasn’t for me however i still wished to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you understand told me.
